Terms & Conditions - The Champions Offer

By participating in ‘The Champions Offer’ (“Offer”), the Consumer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

This Offer is an entertainment and promotional activity which is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (“ATL / Company”) having its corporate office at Plot No. 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram–122001, Haryana. The Offer and Consumer participation is being managed by 28th Avenue Media and Communications Private Limited (“Service Provider”).

  • To be eligible for this Offer, the Consumer must have purchased a minimum of four (4) Vredestein Car Tyres offered for sale by the Company in India during the Offer Period effective from 15 June 2026 till [] 2026 or until stocks last, whichever is earlier.
  • This Offer is not valid for Consumers in the State of Tamil Nadu.

Terms for Participation

  1. To participate in the Offer, the Consumer must:
    1. Purchase a minimum of four (4) Vredestein Car Tyres from an authorized distributor of ATL during the Offer Period.
    2. Consumers purchasing a minimum of four (4) Vredestein Car Tyres shall:
      • Be eligible to participate in the QR code-based entry mechanism and may qualify to win a Manchester United Fan Jersey.
      • Additionally, only consumers located in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh shall be eligible to receive an assured Amazon Gift Voucher worth up to INR 1000/- at the time of purchase.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed at the dealer outlet and visit: https://consumeroffer.vredestein.co.in/
  3. Complete the registration form and upload a clear and legible invoice copy within 24 hours of purchase.
  4. Accept these Terms & Conditions and ATL’s Privacy Policy.
  5. Provide OTP-based authentication.
  6. Correctly answer the question(s) displayed on the Official Platform.
  7. Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted.

Disclaimers

  • Purchases made before or after the Offer Period will not be eligible.
  • Participation is open only to Indian citizens aged 18 years or above.
  • NRIs, OCIs and PIOs are not eligible to participate.
  • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ATL may participate but are not eligible to receive benefits.
  • Purchase of qualifying tyres does not guarantee receipt of a Manchester United Fan Jersey.
  • Consumers are responsible for ensuring uploaded invoices are authentic, untampered, clear, and legible.
  • Benefits under the Offer are non-transferable.
  • This Offer is not applicable on claimed tyres under Warranty Policy / re-treaded tyres.

Validation

The Service Provider will validate entries within 7 working days of submission. Validation includes verification of purchase, invoice details, dealer details, eligibility review, and answer confirmation.

Winner Selection

  • Manchester United Fan Jerseys shall be awarded based on skill and evaluation criteria.
  • ATL / Service Provider may contact Consumers for additional information or verification.
  • Winners will be informed via WhatsApp message or email.
Selection Criteria Description
Accuracy of Answer(s) Consumer must provide correct response(s) to the displayed question(s).
Time Taken Among correct responses, Consumers who submit in the shortest recorded time rank higher.
Tie-Breaker (Random Selection) If participants have identical scores and times, a randomizer tool will be used.

The first twenty (20) qualifying entries meeting all criteria shall be declared Winners. If more than twenty qualifying entries exist, Winners shall be selected through a random draw.

Rewards for the Offer

  • Winners shall receive a Manchester United Fan Jersey.
  • The Jersey must be collected from the ATL contact person in the respective city.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, benefit, alternative product, or credit.

Data Accuracy & Collection

By participating, Consumers confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Personal data may be used for communication, prize distribution, remarketing activities, analysis, and related business purposes in accordance with ATL's Privacy Policy.

Additional Disclaimer

  • ATL reserves the right to modify or extend the Offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation implies acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.
  • ATL shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or death arising from participation.
  • ATL may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer without liability.
  • ATL's decisions regarding any contingency shall be final and binding.

Liability

  • ATL and Service Provider are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or interruptions.
  • ATL and Service Provider shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • ATL makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of information under this Offer.

Acceptance

  • Participation in the Offer constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
